Mana's Wedding

My little sister married last month and I tried to write about it the week after but with the giveaway and life it was forgotten until now. It was a beautiful day with lots of family and things that needed done. I walked around with the couple as their photographer took amazing pics of them. These are sadly mine not the finished product. But they aren't too bad.

 My mom was so embarrassed for this part. The photographer wanted the parents and the new couple to kiss at the same time. My parents are very private people and don't do this in public. It was fun to see their reaction to it.

Here's their photographer who just happens to be their sister in law! Look at her little bump, she just happened to have her baby 3 days after the wedding. She was jumping up and down and working hard to get her shots. I couldn't believe it I would never be running around like that with my due date within 2 weeks.

I'm happy for my sister and finding the man of her dreams! And I still get to see her from time to time

Ready, Set...Go!

Today we had a blast with cars. Before we started with the cars we read our THE book; Which I got from kindergarten crayons (love this site by the way) we started sight words, doing 1 a month or until they get it! They are doing OK with it. I think it might be a little early for it but all well!

It has been a while since we have painted so I got the paints out again. I saw this idea here. It looked so fun I had to try it. We started with 2 different colors one line of it on each side of the paper, then used the cars to mix the paint.They started out not sure about it...

But in the end they all got mixed around! After cleaning up the cars and the cookie sheets we went out on the lawn and played a little Red light Green light.

They didn't quite understand the motive behind this one. But they liked just running around during Green light and stopping for red. It was a fun game.

I thought this was funny! They are trying  to run the neighbor's dog over with the lawnmower! Maybe that will keep that dog on its own side of the fence!

MyMemory Calandar

I took some time and tried to give this program the justice it deserves. Here are some calendars I made today.

Not too bad if I say so myself. I forgot to talk about the website itself and what it has to offer. The digital paper is amazing. I love how the prices can be as cheap (free!) or expensive as you want them to be! I love it! There is even a feature in the program that you can make a scrapbook page and if you have video to go along with it, you can put it right there all together. And you can also do that with music. There are a few youtube videos about what the program can do here. check it out. It will give ya a much better idea what you're trying to win.
