   I was trying to get Gavin’s funny face instead he posses. The couple in the picture are our friends. They are some of our favorite gaming families. In addition to them playing games, our kids and their kids get along so well. They are best friends! I love it!

We had the first girl born on Andrew’s side of the family. This little girls name is Annabeth. At first, I really didn’t like the name but it has grown on me. It was a little hard holding this little girl in my arms and not having a little girl of my own. I don’t know if I’ll ever truly get over that fact but I do love my boys. There is just this pull in most women that want their own “mini me” play dress up, have their own doll. I just keep thinking about the drama girls bring when they are older to try and lessen the blow.

FYI- If you want to get out of working at Grandma Lee’s all you have to do is tell her that you are going to drive her to see her new Great Grand child and she will have you skip the work to take her there.

July

The first 4 pictures are from June not July sorry. Those June posts were just HUGE. I wanted to share some pictures of Jordan. Also My Aunt Susan came and saw my parents new addition to their house and she got to meet baby Jordan.

      

We didn’t take many pictures in July but I did catch a few of the highlights. July 4th we went outside to do some of the POPS. One of my favorite things to do is try and hit the ants that are walking around. I know that seems cruel but it makes it more fun to have a moving target. Please no angry ant activist letters! :) The kids tried it out. Gavin figured out the easier way to get your target. Put the pop on top of the ant and then step on the pop. Hillarious!

We had a baby shower for Rochelle and made a bunch of onesies. It was a ton of fun to see everyone’s ideas.

 

I didn’t wrap my present so I just threw mine at her.

The Howard Dee reunion. The kids had tons of fun with the relay activities.

And playing in the sand with their second cousins. It was so cool to look over and see this. I love how kids can play with anyone. I’m so happy i brought our sand stuff! We played this trivia game which was so fun to hear what our aunts and uncles did and grandma and grandpa. I learned some tings about my dad for sure. He really doesn’t talk about his life.

After this picture above some of the others went on a big hike. Some of us had to wait on them to return. Well, the most exciting thing ever happened. Jordan was locked in the car. We had this security system on our car that we had meant to get taken out but hadn’t. Well the door locked with the car running. (at least the air conditioning was on!) It was one of the worse experiences watching him scream and scream because he was hungry and I wasn’t coming to get him. A huge thanks to Brent and Daphne who called the police and tried to keep me calm. They were a huge help. Needless to say, we made an appt for the system to be removed that week!

Lastly, The Jump Zone with the Smith’s. Man, if you haven’t made it to this place it is a must if you have children. 1 hour is plenty and a great work out trying to get out of those pits! Hit the place at the right time you can get 1 hour and a half. :) So we had someone take a group picture of us and we joked about how people might not know how to take pictures with a real camera anymore haha. Well, when I went to look at the picture on the camera later it wasn’t there! Apparently, we did find someone that didn’t know how to use a camera! haha!
